Announcing our 2023 - 2024 Season!

We are thrilled to present you our 2023-2024 season! Classic stories, new stories and regional premieres that means you’ll be among the first in Colorado to see these spectacular shows!

CABARET (September 15th - October 22nd) - Wilkommen! Step into the dazzling world of Cabaret, where the seductive allure of 1930s Berlin comes to life in this riveting musical. This Tony-award-winning masterpiece explores the clash between love and the rise of the Third Reich.

CADILLAC CREW (October 20th - November 26th ) - On the day of a much-anticipated speech by Rosa Parks during the height of the Civil Rights Movement, four activists working in a Virginia civil rights office wonder whether the proclamation of equality amongst mankind includes women.

BLACK NATIVITY (December 1st - December 30th) - An adaptation of the Nativity story by Harlem Renaissance poet Langston Hughes, Black Nativity is performed by an entirely black cast. Lyrics and music were derived from traditional Christmas carols, sung in gospel style.

FUN HOME (January 12th - February 18th) - Winner of the 2015 Best Musical Tony Award and adapted from Alison Bechdel’s graphic novel, this riveting musical fluidly moves between past and present, reliving Alison’s childhood at her family’s funeral home, her growing understanding of her own sexuality, and the unanswerable questions about her father’s hidden desires.

THE LEGEND OF GEORGIA MCBRIDE (February 16th - March 24th) - He’s young, he’s late with the rent, and he just found out he’s going to be a dad. When his boss at a small-town Florida dive bar axes his Elvis act and replaces it with a flashy drag show, Casey decides to step out of the blue suede shoes of his comfort zone and into a pair of size 11 heels. From creating his persona to embracing his femininity, Casey has a lot to learn. But most of all, this sequin-filled story is a celebration of individuality and a reminder to all of us to live in our truths.

GLASS MENAGERIE (March 15th - April 21st) - In Tennessee William’s masterpiece of memory, Amanda Wingfield dreams of her past as a southern debutante while worrying about the future of her children. This brilliantly tender and poetic masterpiece exposes the complexity of our memories, and the ways in which we can never truly escape them.

25th ANNUAL PUTNUM COUNTY SPELLING BEE (May 3rd - June 9th) - An eclectic group of six tweens vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, they spell their way through a series of (potentially made-up) words.  Six spellers enter; one speller leaves a champion! At least the losers get a juice box!

THE HOMBRES (May 31st - July 14th) - A fresh and nuanced look at the complexity and intimacy of male friendship, The Hombres follows Julián, a gay Latino yoga teacher, as he clashes with the straight, macho Latino construction workers outside his studio—particularly the older head of the crew, Héctor, who seeks from Julián something he never expected.
