“Bánh” is a Vietnamese term that is often applied to a wide variety of breads, sweet and savory pastries and goods. . Whether you are on-the-go or need a place to slow down to enjoy your pastries with a cup of coffee or tea; this is your one-stop shop. Owner/Founder/Chef Thoa Nguyen offers a variety of Asian-French inspired croissants, savory and sweet pastries, mille-crepe cakes, a selection of sandwiches and desserts, coffee, milk teas and specialty drinks.
Café Mercato
Hours: Lunch, Monday-Saturday, 11:30AM-2PM, Dinner, every day, 5PM-9PM
“Mercato’s light and airy atmosphere and design permeates throughout the modern space. With a large open kitchen and large wine “library”, you will feel right at home sipping on a glass of select wine while watching the chefs create your meal.
The menu at Café Mercato is based on Southern Italian fare with a lighter approach. All of the pastas and sausages are made in-house, as well as gelato and desserts. Enjoy homemade pizza from the oven imported from Italy and other selections from the wood-fire grill.

Mason's Dumpling Shop

Each morning around 6am, Ker and his team pick up their daily produce and head to the butcher shop to watch meat grind down into dumpling-friendly form—ensuring the highest quality meat, and not trimmings, are what customers will be eating. The staff mixes the fillings, then kneads and rolls out the dough, and then hand folds hundreds of dumplings.
