eden origin (she/he) graces the Vintage stage again, this time as your host at the Kit Kat Klub in “Cabaret.” You may have seen her in “In the Heights,” “Sophisticated Ladies,” “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown,“ and “5 Guys Named Moe.”

eden says of playing the emcee, “It feels great to be in cabaret; it’s very special. The timeliness has been the biggest draw: that ability to cross, set, and test boundaries for ourselves and the audience while being very true to the history. We’re telling an important story.  The cast is very cognizant of the weight of every action that they take and are all very committed, and I think ultimately that is the most special thing about this production.  We all work together very well for this shared purpose.”

Director Bernie Cardell says of eden, “Working with eden on Cabaret has been an extraordinary experience. She has the ability to caress a scene lightly or tightly and brings the audience along for the ride.
